Travel Coordinator

Responsibilities:

To coordinate the travel for National and Expatriated employees. Responsible for Visitors, visa letter, ID cards and accomodation. Coordinating and carrying out promotional events and general PT Sandvik SMC events on site.,


Key Performance Areas

Assist Finance and Administration Manager and President Director in General administration job, Responsible for arranging directly the Expatriate / National Visitor internal access , Responsible in making / coordinating travel and accomodation bookings thru travel agents and AVCO for Expatriate/National when required under Department head approval and managers, Advise and update on flight changes from Garuda/AVCO/Merpati affecting site, o Responsible to record the employees approved leave schedules into the data base stystem in order to keep accurate data for each employee. . The approval is handled by the HR and Department Head, Travel Allowance Section - Expatriate Employees and National Staff, Prepared and provide a monthly transporatation allowance report for all traveling non staff and single status staff to payroll for mothly processing with Payroll. All transportation allowances are to be paid via payroll, Upon request from President Director or Finance and Administration Manager coordinate events / facilities as and when required, Upon request from President Director or Finance and Administration Manager coordinate the ordering of promotional items, Assist in communication to follow up outstanding request to PTFI contracts Department and other when required, Prepare ad-hoc reports as required related to the role, Comply with all Sandvik policy and procedures,

Requirements:

Experience in Administration skill, Strong written and verbal skills, Ability to work as member of a multi-disciplinary team and ethnics, PC literate, Able to speak and write in English,
