Technical Training Coordinator

Key Duties:

To provide setup, development and management of technical training activities to all levels of mill employees to achieve best-in-class results in all the World Class Manufacturing Accountabilities toward the vision of ‘safely producing the highest quality products, which satisfy all the customer expectation for quality, price and availability at the lowest total delivered cost’.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering., Maximum age is 35 years old , Good English for both written and oral as well as communication skills., Excellent Presentation and Facilitation Skill is essential, Good understand of Training Management., Sound knowledge of WCM tools like Lean thinking, 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, TPM etc, Minimum 5 years of Experience in the area of Change Management and Continuous Improvements in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Environment, Willing to work in Cikarang area ,
