Requirements:

Male/Female, Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline from a reputable university, 6-8 years experience in HR area, Having knowledge in human resources strategic, balance scorecard, performance management, compensation benefit, ISO 9001; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001, Having hands on skill in human resources, management, industrial relationship safety, tax and payroll computation, Well-versed in employment-related government regulations and statutory requirement, Strong analytical mind, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill, Ability to design and implementing HR strategy to improve organization, Excellent communictaion and interpersonal skills with credibility to interact with senior levels or management from both internal and external perspective, Those who are interested and meet the above requirement, please send your complete application letter, resume, a recent photograph, and indicate the position title at the upper left the envelope not later than 10 days after the date of this advertisment to:
