Flash Designer for Website

We’re looking for an experienced top-notch Flash Designer with a strong portfolio in building a web applications other multimedia.

Must be a strong flash designer with action script/coding skills or at least have the resources to master it along the way.

Capability in other design application such as photoshop/illutarator/freehand and other ability in other multimedia/website application will be a big plus point .
