PURCHASING OFFICER

Purpose :

Develop and manage Materials Planning function for goods and materials demanded by the Company. Create integrated processes among operations, purchasing, logistics and outside suppliers to execute the planning.

Essential Duties :

Negotiate, set and deliver efficiency and quality standards of Procurement., Provide advice and guidance on all Kojo procurement activities as needed., Manage ACCPAC software is real-time with Purchase Orders up to date and inventory data accurate and real-time., Co-ordinate with site warehouse managers relating to goods and services ordered from site., Build long-term relationships with suppliers.,

Minimum Requirements

Self Motivated and self managed with high degree of honesty and integrity, Age below 30 years old., Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or engineering., 3+ years of experience in purchasing and logistics management, preferably MNC company., Fluent English and Indonesian, Excellent computer skills,
